1. Are pets allowed? On a case by case basis

2. Is the security deposit refundable? Yes, within 14 days of checkout

4. What is the check in process? There is a lock box located at the entrance of each unit and you will be provided a code with your contract.

5. Are bed linens supplied? Yes, but you will need to bring your own towels.

6. Are dogs allowed on the beach? Here are the Rules

Dogs in Virginia Beach are loved by all. BUT from Memorial Day to Labor Day they are only allowed on the beach before 10:00AM and not again until 6:00PM and need to be on a leash. YES you have to clean up after them. Cool dogs, however can run the beach, swim and dig, so long as no body is around. If you see the occasional Officer on a 4 wheeler, get out the leash and be cool, most times you get just a warning BUT you can get a TICKET. DOGS bothering beach goers and sunbathers are not cool down here. If you can’t COMPLETEY control you pet keep them on a leash.

7. How many vehicles are allowed? No more than 3 may be allowed to park in the driveway.
